Job Description
Customer Transactions:
Assist customers in making pawn transactions, including buying, selling, and pawning items.
Ensure accurate processing of payments, receipts, and documentation for each transaction.
Handle cash, checks, and other payment forms securely and accurately.
Ensure that cash registers or safe vaults are balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
Customer Service
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering advice on pawn values and policies.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, helping create a positive experience for customers.
- Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is preferred
