Responsibilities
The Cashier plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient transaction processing. S/he is responsible for accurately handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, and assisting customers with their inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
- Basic mathematical and cash-handling skills, with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Good customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is an advantage; able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently and stand for extended periods when required.
