Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process cash, cheque, and card payments from customers for vehicle services, parts, and sales.
- Ensure all receipts, invoices, and payment records are correctly issued and documented.
- Arrange and prepare bank deposits in compliance with company policies.
- Close job cards promptly and ensure proper financial documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Prepare and submit ad hoc reports, financial statements, and any other required documentation as needed.
- Follow all financial guidelines and compliance measures to prevent fraud or errors.
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to customers to enhance their experience.
