- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring proper change is given and receipts are provided to customers.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Store Maintenance & Stocking: Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, assist with restocking merchandise, and ensure items are correctly priced and displayed.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform quick and accurate calculations for handling transactions, giving change, and balancing the cash register.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing payments, scanning items, and ensuring proper pricing and promotions are applied.
- Customer Service & Communication: Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills to assist customers and resolve issues effectively.
