Handle Transactions
- Process cash, card, and other payment methods.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change accurately.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints or elevate issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cash handling (preferred but not always required).
