Job Description
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions using cash registers, scanners, or POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or exchanges as necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of store policies regarding returns, sales, and promotions.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service role (optional but preferred).
