- Greet customers warmly and answer their queries.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Transaction Management:
- Process cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and resolve any discrepancies.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering (a plus but not mandatory).
- Skills:
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
