Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring registers are stocked with necessary supplies and balanced at the end of each shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
