- Welcome customers and provide friendly customer service

- Handle billing – cash, card, and digital payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and cashier counter
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve concerns politely
- Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Support daily restaurant operations and teamwork
