- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail operations a plus.
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate a cash register, POS system, and handle basic math calculations.
- Basic knowledge of store products and services.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
