Responsibilities
- Welcome clients
- Determine the cost of the goods, services, or entrance and use an electronic cash register
- Register another cash register, an optical price scanner, or other equipment to calculate the total amount that must be paid
- Weigh bulk items and produce
- Accept and handle payments made with a credit card, debit card, cash, or check
- Pack items or put them in bags
- Provide clients with information
- Compute the foreign exchange rate
- At the conclusion of the work shift, tally the payments you received and compare it to the total sales
- When selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or cigarette goods, make sure the customers are of legal age
- Possibly replenish shelves and tidy the area around the checkout station

Full-time-Permanent: 40 hours per week
