Cash Services Associate

Responsible for either of the following functions:

• Under DPU Services Section: Deposit Pick‑Up / Payroll Cash Delivery services
• Under ATM Offsite Operations: Offsite ATM Terminals & CRM terminal cash loading / unloading activities
• Under Cash Operations Section: Vault Custodian/ FXCY Custodian/ BSP Representative/ transact Bank’s business in local banks.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepares separate Servicing Authorization Form (SAF) for cash and checks deposit pick‑up approved by CSD Officer.
• Performs the existing procedures stipulated in the Deposit Pick‑up & Cash Delivery Services agreement.
• Ensures the completeness and accuracy of the accomplished Servicing Authorization Form (SAF).
• Ensures all cash and checks deposits are placed / locked inside their corresponding pick up bags.
• Maintains logbook for records (if applicable), details of the deposits picked up for future reference.
