Cash Application Clerk - Maternity Coverage

TF Energy Solutions is looking to hire a Cash Application Clerk based in Calgary, AB to cover up to 18 months of maternity leave.

Scope of Work:

• Ensuring prompt and accurate posting of cash receipts (credit card, EFT, wires and cheques)
• Researching and following up with customers to obtain all necessary information required to resolve payment discrepancies
• Managing unapplied cash reporting and reconciliation
• Notifying and working with all company internal stakeholders on any discrepancies and resolving accordingly
