The Cash Application is responsible for resolve issues related to unapplied cash; records client payments in appropriate accounts, identifies and resolves payment discrepancies and answers internal customer's inquiries.
This role will also work in link with cash and banks team to follow up bank reconciliations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage ERP by region Mexico, Brasil, Colombia & South America, Central America (Oracle R12 North America/ LAPOEA, Oracle R11, Insoft, Oracle R12 Architectural).
- Identify the customer payments and upload in the ERP system corresponding.
- Generate daily and accumulated monthly collection reports, detailed by date, client, currency, amount, and bank account.
- Send daily collection reports, detailed by date, client, currency, amount, and bank account to the AR team.
