Overview
The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Support daily trade operation activities for EMEA clients and markets; required to work EMEA business hours.
- Perform trade operations activities, such as data entry, documents handling, payment processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions within established service level agreements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, customer services team to resolve client queries.
- Participate in compliance related activities to minimize losses.
