The Casemix Team Leader is accountable to the Casemix and Activity Based Funding (ABF) Manager for the overall operational and strategic management of the SALHN Casemix ABF service. The service co-ordinates and produces information on SALHN activity (acute and sub-acute inpatients, emergency attendances and outpatient service events) essential to the effective, ongoing monitoring and review of clinical services both internally and externally. Liaison with clinical units across the LHN regarding models of care and funding changes will be a focus.
