Purpose
- To collaborate with Social Development Administrators to develop case plans for social clients and their families.
- To work directly with clients and their families to create a case plan which enables the individual and family to meet their goals and aspirations.
- To work directly with the individual and family to improve living conditions and to promote self‑reliance.
Key Responsibilities
Mi’kmaq Social Governance Application- Reviews client/family application in collaboration with the SDA.
- Ensures application is complete in collaboration with the SDA.
- Collaborates with SDA to develop client/family budget based on approved rates.
