Responsabilities:
Open insurance claims and send letters of representation.
Obtain essential evidence, including traffic and police reports, pictures, and client intake documents.
Monitor and coordinate clients' medical treatments.
- Collect and organize medical records and bills.
- Engage with clients regularly to provide updates and support.
- Open Medi-Cal and Medi-Care claims.
Maintain workflow by ensuring prompt and accurate handling of assigned cases.
Provide general support to the handling attorney.
Skills and qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in case management, litigation, and/or project management.
- Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with the case management software, Clio, is highly desirable.
