Case Manager
Position overview: Case manager – personal injury and car accident attorney supporting a large legal firm in Chihuahua.
Responsibilities
Act as main point of contact for clients.
Open insurance claims and send letters of representation.
Obtain evidence such as traffic and police reports, pictures, intake, etc.
Monitor clients' medical treatment.
Collect medical records and bills.
Engage with clients regularly.
Maintain workflow by ensuring prompt and accurate handling of assigned case.
Provide general support to handling attorney.
Qualifications
2–3 years experience as a case manager; personal injury filing experience a plus.
High work ethic and positive attitude.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
