At UnitingSA, we believe that everyone deserves a place to call home. As a fixed-term part-time Case Manager (until 18 June 2027), you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness to regain stability and rebuild their lives. You’ll provide personalised, wrap-around support to empower people to move forward with dignity and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with clients where they are, on the street, in emergency accommodation, or in their homes, to build trust and develop tailored support plans.
