genU is looking for a caring and motivated Case manager to join our Home Care Packages team and support clients to live well and stay independent in their own homes.
In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, their families and allied health providers to develop and review individual care plans that are tailored, practical and focused on each person’s goals.
