Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Ethics & Integrity case management database and tracking systems.
- Monitor the progress and status of ethics-related cases and investigations to ensure timely closure and compliance with established service levels.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics related to case volume, resolution timelines, trends, and outcomes.
- Analyze data to identify recurring issues, risk areas, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance case management, reporting, and governance practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Psychology, Human Resources, Legal Management, Criminology, Statistics, or a related field.
