Carrier Procurement Specialist

RXO is seeking a Specialist, Carrier Procurement to source, negotiate, and secure carriers for timely, cost-effective freight movements. You will build relationships with core carriers and coordinate with customers to keep shipments on track.

This role requires at least 1 year of procurement experience, plus related transportation or sales background. You’ll operate within RXO’s systems, follow established procedures, and contribute to a high-quality service that reflects the RXO brand.
