Carrier Procurement Specialist — Freight Partnerships

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Carrier Procurement to source, negotiate, and secure carriers to move freight in a timely and cost‑effective manner.

You will cultivate carrier relationships, maintain clear communication with carriers and customers, and ensure accurate scheduling and billing within RXO’s operating systems. 1 year of procurement experience is preferred; a bachelor’s degree and transportation experience are a plus.
