Carrier Performance & Onboarding Specialist

ProTrans is looking for a Carrier Management Representative in Monterrey, Mexico. This position involves managing partner carriers through effective onboarding and evaluations using carrier scorecards. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, and must be willing to work flexible hours to assist carriers.
