Job Description
We are looking for experienced Journeyman carpenters who previously served as foremen or want to step into a foreman role.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Assisting the Superintendent on site with site coordination
- Mentoring carpenters and apprentices
- Maintaining quality control
- Organizing daily manpower tasks
- Handling daily paperwork
- Overseeing subtrades
- Stepping in when the superintendent is unavailable
- Promoting a safety culture
