• Understand correct use, safety and maintenance of hand and power tools related to this type of work.
• Orders materials required for individual tasks.
• Constructs, issues and receives target inventory.
• Repairs and replaces target inventory.
• Major building elements.
• Membrane and shingle roof systems.
• Window, door, and related hardware.
