Carpenter

The successful candidate will undertake a range of skilled carpentry duties across residential and commercial construction projects, including structural framing, fit-out installations, renovation works, remedial carpentry and finishing carpentry activities.

Key Responsibilities

·Interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans and construction specifications.

·Assess site measurements, site conditions and material requirements to ensure accurate construction and installation outcomes.

·Measure, mark, cut, shape and assemble timber, wallboard and other building materials.

·Erect and secure wall partitions, ceiling frameworks and timber structures using hand and power tools.

·Construct, install, alter and repair structural frameworks including wall frames, floor systems, roof structures and supporting frameworks.
