About the role
Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team working in Wheelers Lane Primary School, Birmingham B13 0SF. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26,728.21 per annum and a benefits package.
Shift times
Monday to Friday 8 Hour Shift between opening hours 6:00am – 18:00pm.
What will you deliver?
The Caretaker is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, care and availability of the education premises, including the building fabric, furniture, fittings, equipment and mechanical and electrical assets.
