Main Responsibilities
- Check and record her blood pressure and other basic vital signs.
- Give her prescribed medication at the correct times.
- Serve her meals, snacks and drinks on schedule.
- Make sure she drinks enough water.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting and personal hygiene.
- Help clean and change her whenever necessary.
- Keep her bedroom, bathroom and personal area clean and organised.
- Assist her with walking, standing, sitting and general movement.
- Provide companionship and remain attentive to her needs.
- Inform the family immediately about any unusual symptoms or changes in her condition.
- Assist during the night when reasonably required.
- Follow the family’s instructions and maintain her daily routine.
