The Personal Care Assistant is a vital part of our team, providing aid to participants and contributing to the care planning process as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Reporting to the Day Center Manager, the Personal Care Assistant will deliver safe personal care services to participants at the WelbeHealth day center.
