About the Role
As a Career Development Supervisor, you will provide personalized career coaching, facilitate development programs, and support individuals in identifying and achieving their career goals. You will also lead career-related initiatives while supervising and guiding team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions via phone or virtual meetings
- Assess career goals, skills, and experience to create individualized development plans
- Guide individuals on job search strategies, career pathways, and professional growth opportunities
- Review and provide feedback on resumes/CVs
- Support interview preparation and personal branding efforts
- Facilitate workshops and learning sessions on career development topics
- Stay updated on labor market trends and recruitment best practices
- Document coaching interactions and monitor progress
