Career Conversion Programme Intern [EPD]

The intern will have the exciting opportunity to support the team in one or more digital transformation and automation projects to create Bots/ implement RPA to enhance and streamline the Career Conversion Programme Workstreams.

This role provides hands‑on experience in process improvement methodologies. He/she will learn the fundamentals of automation design, stakeholder engagement, and digital solution development whilst gaining valuable exposure to government operations and process optimisation.

• Design and implement a KM repository using available digital tools.
• Support the team to develop processes and workflows to gather, curate and maintain the structure for the KM system.
