Position Information Location Coquitlam Campus Salary Range $31.53 – $36.94 per hour. Salary placement on scale based on qualifications and experience relevant to position. The Opportunity The Career Coach contributes to the success of Douglas College and its community of learners. The Career Coach will be responsible to assist program participants to find employment in the construction sector. The intent of the Lather Program is to improve employment outcomes for participants by preparing them for specialized trades training as a Level 1 Apprentice and support their employment in the trades sector.
