Adult and Continuing Education Division of the Simcoe County District School Board seeks a Career Centre Coordinator. The role reports to the Manager of Adult and Continuing Education and involves leadership of staff, development, implementation, performance and monitoring of services, with accountability to Employment Ontario programs and services, community development, and facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and expertise to the employment team in assessment, case management, documentation, problem solving, intervention, crisis management, community resources, labour market, training, and ethical counselling.
• Coordinate programs and service delivery, ensuring funding and performance commitments are achieved in compliance with funding requirements.
• Prioritise and adapt to evolving programs and labour market demands.
• Work flexible hours as required.
