The Career Advisor plays a key role in supporting the delivery of professional development courses and enhancing student career readiness. This position involves managing course deliverables for university students, overseeing student progress, and contributing to the success of department events. The Career Advisor ensures seamless operations through effective data management and personalized student guidance.
- Effectively delivering a Professional Development Course to university level students with the Career Coach. Facilitating 3-hour weekly sessions to up to 5 sections per week.
- Assisting the Career Coach in managing and updating CMS portal, SLATE and excel sheets for data keeping.
- Managing section deliverables in liaison with the Coach including data keeping, project assignment grading, exam grading and one-on-one sessions.
