What will you do?
- Provides pre-employment support such as resume/cover letter development/targeting, assistance in the application process and interview preparation for clients on a case-by‑case basis
- Utilizes assessment tools when needed; assists clients in analyzing and synthesizing career exploration information
- Work in partnership with clients from a variety of demographics to identify job targets
- Work in close partnership with the Employer Liaisons advising about client job targets and trends, puts candidates forward to opportunities provided by the Employer Liaison team
