Care Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Care Team Supervisor. As the Care Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of inter‑professional staff and students by directly providing personal care, training others to provide personal care, and supervising the implementation of those providing personal care. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of personal care rooted in the dignity, autonomy and consent for disabled young adults.
