Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls from injured workers and employers.
• Collect and verify employee demographics and non‑clinical injury details.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in designated platforms.
• Follow scripted prompts and tool‑generated instructions to progress workflows.
• Execute coordination tasks based on approved protocols.
