CARE COORDINATORS (PHRN)
Gallagher Bassett, a premier multiline claims services provider, is looking for PHRNs to join their Workers’ Compensation Triage program. This is a care coordination and documentation support role that provides assistance with documentation, coordination, and workflow activities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from injured workers and employers.
- Collect and verify employee demographics and non-clinical injury details.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in designated platforms.
- Follow scripted prompts and tool-generated instructions to progress workflows.
- Execute coordination tasks based on approved protocols.
- Provide standardized, scripted instructions and next-step information.
- Coordinate required forms, referrals, and documentation as applicable.
