About the role
As a Care Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between our members and the Everlab team, ensuring that each member feels supported, informed, and valued throughout their health optimisation journey. You will provide exceptional service and care coordination, becoming a trusted point of contact for members. This role combines attention to detail, operational excellence, and a passion for helping people live healthier, longer lives.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone early in their career with roughly 1–4 years of relevant experience. We'll support you with training and a close-knit team as you grow.
This is a full-time role, with 3 days per week in-office for team members located near our Sydney or Melbourne offices. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and enjoys close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
