£13.26 – £14.56 per hour (enhanced pay for evenings & weekends).
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily domestic tasks such as appointments, light cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Assist with social activities and wellbeing routines.
- Promote independence, dignity, and community engagement.
- Support residents with individual care packages.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in a UK health and social care role.
- Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
- Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults.
- Living within commuting distance of the development.
