Responsibilities Assist consultants in the assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of patients while developing clinical expertise. Admit patients, participate in ward rounds, and coordinate patient transfers and transitions of care. Attend educational and training sessions, including opportunities in the cardiac catheterization laboratory and cardiac imaging services. Conduct regular patient reviews, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and promptly escalate concerns when necessary. Manage patient discharges, report adverse events, and contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
