Cardholder Support Associate (Entry-Level)

Greater Giving, Inc. is looking for Customer Service Representatives to manage customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and chats while maintaining knowledge of products and services.

The role requires good communication skills and a High School Diploma or equivalent. This position is on-site in Vertis North, Quezon City, with a preference for candidates who can work morning shifts and are amenable to night shifts as necessary.
