Card Operations Team Manager (Bellprat)

What You’ll Do

• Develop the overall fraud risk strategy for the Perk Pay Card Program.
• Lead and coordinate all activities around fraud prevention and fraud operations for the Perk pay corporate card program.
• Define, implement, and monitor risk policies and metrics to optimize authorization approval rates while minimizing fraud rates of our corporate card program.
• Work in close collaboration with the Perk product and engineering teams and partners to implement adequate systems and tools that support these strategies.
• Provide reports and insights to stakeholders and partners.
• Lead a team of card operations specialists.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent knowledge of the payment authorization process via a global card network, such as Visa or Mastercard.
• Previous experience in fraud prevention at a card issuer, card network, or card payment processor.
