The role of the Card Services Associate provides technical assistance relative to all card related activities such as card production, initialization, personalization, issuance, defunding and other related activities. Primary Role:
Responsibilities
- Provide technical responsibility for all Card related Activities
- Card production/printing
- Initialization
- Personalization
- Issuance
- Card Defunding
- Card Replacement
- Blacklisting
- SAM initialization
- Ensure Data Integrity and card delivery as per client’s Service Level Agreement and Concessionary Agreement (RAIL)
- Central contact for any card equipment maintenance, printing and card replacements.
- Encode and produce concessionary card applications, replacements, with ad hoc clerical tasks.
- Ensure all documents related to Card Operations activities are filed accordingly and safe kept. ...
