Car Driver
Performs semi‑skilled work transporting students to and from school and events, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Director of Operations.
Essential Functions
- Transports students safely to and from home.
- Conducts safe and orderly loading and unloading of students at specified destination.
- Maintains student discipline in the car and enforce rules governing student conduct by reporting undisciplined students to the proper authority.
- Maintains clean, safe surroundings, and ensures appropriate behavior.
- Performs routine operator care to include: checking equipment and reporting problems (pre-trip inspection), and presenting car for regularly scheduled maintenance.
