We are seeking a junior Captain for a 51m sailing yacht, recently refit and currently based in Palma. This rotational position requires a candidate with strong leadership skills and a solid background in navigating, particularly in the Mediterranean region.
Responsibilities

- Ensure safety and compliance with maritime regulations
- Manage the crew effectively during charter periods
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role
- Necessary certifications for a captain
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
- Experience navigating, particularly in the Mediterranean region
Benefits and Terms
A flexible rotation schedule of 6 weeks on and 12 weeks off is anticipated, with a salary commensurate with a junior captain position. The role is based in Palma after the refit.
