The Department

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.

The Job

You will:

• Responsible for smooth and efficient service flow of the assigned section in the Restaurant.

• Responsible for menu proposal requested by Members.

• Check Members’ and guests’ feedback during and after the meal. Report the feedback to Assistant Manager / Manager if necessary

• Lead the set-up and clean-up of the Restaurant.

• Train new staff members (buddy' system) in accordance to established guidelines.
