Capital Strategy & Risk Lead - Flexible/Remote

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Head of Capital Management to lead treasury activities and capital strategy as the company scales. You will assess capital needs, manage market risks, and drive enhancements to reporting in collaboration with tech teams.

Ideally you have extensive treasury experience in fintech, strong knowledge of European banking regulation, and the ability to explain complex decisions to senior leadership while partnering across functions.
